NYFW: Rachel Zoe

Zoe's Collection for this winter 2013 looks fabulous. Very Rachel, with a look that's sophisticated and sassy. Some of the staple AcceZoeries are in play as well: furs, blacks and whites, and hats. I love that she's keeping the leather trend alive through this year and I can't wait to start wearing gloves!!!

Spring/Summer 2013 Guide: MEN

Season's are changing and so is fashion once more. It's an exciting time especially for men. Men's fashion has always evolved, but it's really starting to take on a whole new beast at a faster pace. It's not just pants and a t-shirt or a suit and tie, it's becoming playful and cool and I can't get enough of it. There is nothing better than a sharp dressed man in my eyes. So if you can relate or want to get on the trendy bus to funky town, catch up on a few of my easy-to-do trends for this summer and you'll be right on track!

FEET FIRST:

Shoe's are going to the the top priority on your list of things to get while spring cleaning this year! Men's shoes are having a huge turn around and the styles are trending like crazy. Look for classic styles like Wingtips, Monk Straps, Cap Toes, and Loafers being the top runners. Please include some artsy and colorful socks to really make the shoes stand out. One flash of a hot pink sock and you'll have everyones attention. Sporty styles are also the more casual option yet still a statement. Look for Chukka Boots, Urban Lace-Ups, and Clean Sneakers.

STREET STYLE & PREPPY HAVE A BABY:

Preppy is in. That statement may send some of you into the pits of despair, but honestly 2013's got it right this time and it's about to evolve into a major trend following. Really letting your style creativity out of the box this season is going to be very important. For color selection look for pales - all pale everything. For textures explore Denims and Industrial fabrics. For style you need to play with Layers and Patterns. Really mix and match and have fun with it. Additional "out-of-the-box" men's accessories are going to be hats. Please be careful. Hats can fail and are not meant to be worn by everyone. Be selective and try not to wear the same one all the time. This transition in style can be fun, but also very dangerous. The most important thing to remember before stepping outside is to BE CONFIDENT! If you look confident and feel like The Man, then you are The Man. Proceed with confident caution :)

MIRROR MIRROR:

This years eyewear accessories are a simple transition from the usual in that the lenses are going reflective. As the summer seasons like colors to *POP* so should your shades. It's an easy way to make a very casual outfit funky or a business suit trendy. Don't be afraid to a little wild - glasses are the first thing people notice because they'll always be looking at your face first so really make them stop and stare.

NAILed It!

Spring 2013 is here and accessory trends are starting to make their mark. If you want to get a head start, begin with your hands. Artsy nails are trending and by the looks of it all, you don't have to run around stressing at the nail salon because if your a do-it-yourselfer and have the ability to draw simple shapes like hearts and bow-ties your saving some mucho $$$ and looking fab! Zara knit sweater I was in LOVE with, except that it was a large... shouldn't ever leave a good find behind. The blue appliqués along the sleeve were KILLER!

MANnequin Enhancement

So my love and I are walking down the streets of Clearwater for the first time in a while passing the time away by browsing the local beach shops, when these huge mannequin boobs caught my eye! I had to laugh at the fact that even fake women need bigger fake boobs. Just wait 'till gravity kicks in ;)
