What's amazing about Alice McCall is how she has great collections that are stunning on the runway but are also attainable and (most importantly) wearable by the general public! McCall's pieces find themselves borderline haute couture at times, however she masters the art of subtlety in her work. Practicality has to be something she values while at the same time taking risks. Alice McCall is a designer to watch and collect (if you can splurge a bit).

Art Basel: Miami

Art Basel is a art exhibition staged in Basel, Miami, and Hong Kong. It's a very cultural event bringing over 300 artists from all over the world and attracts people with an appreciation for modern and contemporary art. Needless to say, the fashion-go-getters come out to play and in Miami you never know what you're going to see.
